Sometimes you’re looking for a quieter kind of support. Reiki and channeled energy work give you space to settle, reconnect with yourself, and notice what you need.
What a session feels like
We’ll begin with a brief check-in, then make space for quiet energy work. My practice brings together Reiki and the energy that moves through me as an open channel.
Virtual Reiki Reset is held through Zoom. After our check-in, you can turn your camera off, get comfortable, close your eyes, and rest. There is very little talking required.
Can I receive without attending live?
Yes. I can complete your session remotely and send the recording afterward. You don’t need to make anything happen or have a particular experience.
